Indomie™ Goreng Vegan

Seriously they made this variant of instant noodle?
I never knew it before.
My dad came back from the grocery store and he (accidentally) bought this :

Having spending my life as a vegan lately--well not so vegan, it's more like vegetarian--, I still eat meat occasionally, I'm looking forward to try this...shitty instant-food. You know instant noodle here taste pretty good [my american friends (note : friend +'s' means plural, so there are more than one american) said that] but it's made of one hell of gluten / MSG--especially this brand, indomie™.

I check the ingredients and found no meat stuffs inside it--i mean, not even an artificial meat flavour or meat extract in it. Although the usual MSG stuffs and preservatives are still there [I think those are the secrets of the tastiness. lol]

But the irony......is:

The overall calories, 400 kkal, is higher than the usual Indomie™ Goreng [which is about 340-380]
But the calories from fat are a bit lower--if i'm not mistaken.

(Oh, just a little suggestion : do not eat instant noodles daily. you're killing yourself slowly if you're doing it.
If you really-really like instant noodle [like me], you better eat it like, max 1 time per week or per 10 days [don't eat more than 2 instant noodle]. )

So after 2 weeks of not eating instant noodle, finally i'm going to try this new stuff.
Because lately i like to do some experimenting with food (I'm bad at cooking btw, so I'm in the process of learning stuffs), I don't want to make the usual good old vanilla instant noodle without any addons.

These are the ingredients that I used to make my non-vanilla instant noodle :
  • Indomie™ Goreng Vegan [i use all the seasoning except the seasoning powder--i only use about 1/3 of it]
  • 1 small White tofu
  • 1 Champogne Mushroom [did I spell it correctly?]
  • 1 egg
  • Green Paprika (bell pepper?)
  • Cucumber (japanese ones)
  • Onion
  • Black pepper
  • garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • About 1 1/2 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil [so virginity matters? lol]
  • Lea & Perrins™ Worchestershire Sauce [damn this imported thing is expensive] for extra awesome-ness.
So I sliced the tofu in small slices, then the mushroom into small bits
Then i chopped the onion and minced the garlic.
I heat the oil and add the onion and garlic, then I add the already-boiled noodles, then i add the seasoning and mix it up and stir-fry.
After it's done. I stir-fry the white tofu and sliced mushroom then I add the egg on top of it, add a bit of soy sauce, black pepper, a few drops of worchestershire sauce, stir-fry, and done.

Then I add small slices of the green paprika and some cucumber [Gawd, instant noodle with cucumber? Lolwut]

Now what the hell is this thing?

Tastes awesome. At least for me. Lol.

End of Spare Time

EDIT : ITS CHAMPIGNON MUSHROOM. lol. thanks Ariani-san.

kyuuri and bellpepper??
that's unusual for instant noodle. Try spinach or tomato instead, or maybe slices of lettuce.
it doesn't matter anyway, since you, just like me, are such a vegetable maniac - -
